Anonymised case / professional services

A controlled AI assistant for first-line legal intake.

The team automated repeated initial enquiries, constrained answers to a verified document base and preserved escalation of complex matters to a lawyer.

Recorded outcome

Figures from the internal completion material.

80%+

first-line enquiries

The share recorded as handled without lawyer involvement in the internal report.

2

languages

Ukrainian and English in one controlled scenario.

3

channels

Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct and Telegram Business.

24/7

availability

An initial response no longer depended on the legal team's working hours.

Starting situation

What required a change.

01

Lawyers answered initial enquiries manually across social and messaging channels.

02

The same questions repeated and response quality depended on the individual employee.

03

Potential clients waited too long outside working hours.

04

The existing CRM intercepted Facebook webhooks and blocked the production integration.

Solution architecture

A controlled process, not a single tool.

01

RAG boundary

Answers are generated from verified legal documents rather than unrestricted model output.

02

Knowledge base

Approved documents are ingested from storage, split into logical fragments and added to a vector store.

03

Validation

A separate step checks an answer before it is sent to the user.

04

Meta production

Facebook and Instagram use separate apps, permissions, tokens and webhook subscriptions.

05

Telegram Business

A third channel uses the Bot API within the same intake workflow.

06

Escalation

A complex matter is handed to a lawyer with the contact and enquiry context.

Control and safety

A person remains at the critical decision point.

Minimum access

External developers received only the rights required for integration and diagnosis.

Corporate approval

Access, production launch and operating rules followed the client's internal procedures.

Automation boundary

The assistant handles intake but does not replace a lawyer on a complex matter.

Evidence status

What the supplied package supports.

Evidence source: an internal completion presentation reviewed on 29 July 2026. It records more than 80% of enquiries handled without a lawyer, a change from hours to minutes and continuous availability. It also contains a production incident timeline: the test environment worked on days 1-2, webhook failure persisted on days 3-5, and the CRM conflict was identified on days 6-7. Raw logs and independent metric verification were not supplied.

Claim boundary

What is intentionally excluded.

The legal company, CRM, internal documents, access structure and individual consultations are not named. The page does not promise legal accuracy without human review and does not present the assistant as a substitute for a lawyer.
