What Sporty is
Sporty is an app for logging training and for a shared leaderboard. It is built and maintained by Serhii Honenko, an individual. Use is free of charge.
Account
- Sign-in goes through Google. You are responsible for access to your Google account.
- One account per person. Accounts created for someone else's results or for invented members are not allowed.
- Profile details must match reality closely enough for a leaderboard result to be matched to a person.
Results and moderation
- A result is submitted together with a link to a video that shows it being performed.
- Submissions are reviewed manually and the decision arrives as a push notification.
- A submission can be rejected, and a confirmed result can be removed, if the video is unavailable, does not show the performance or contradicts the rules of the exercise.
- A moderation decision is final, but you may appeal it by writing to the support address.
Results are public
By submitting a result to the leaderboard you agree that your name or nickname, avatar, result, video link and date become public and open without registration. Body weight is shown only while the toggle in Account is on.
Your content and third-party platforms
- You are responsible for having the right to publish the video you link to.
- The video stays on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Vimeo or Facebook and remains subject to that platform's rules.
- Someone else's video, faked results and offensive nicknames or descriptions are not allowed.
AI features
Access to the AI coach, programme import and voice transcription is granted manually and is not available to every member. Model answers are suggestions, not instructions, and can be inaccurate. These features may change or be switched off.
Health and risk
Sporty is not a medical service. Neither the app nor the AI coach provides medical advice or replaces a doctor or a coach. You train at your own risk and judge your own capacity. If you have any doubt about your health, see a doctor first.
Service availability
The service is provided as is. Uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed, features may change and individual capabilities may disappear. Planned changes that affect your data will be announced in the app.
Ending use
You can delete your account inside the app at any time. Access may be restricted on our side in cases of faked results, abusive behaviour or attempts to damage the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the author of the app is not liable for injuries, data loss or the consequences of decisions taken on the basis of AI answers or of figures shown in the app.
Law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Amended terms take effect on the date shown at the bottom of this page; continued use of the app means acceptance of them.
